Made as mockup for old Peugeot J7/ 404 etc. and Citroën HY master brake cylinder, connects to a modern hose from a new type brake fluid’s supply reservoir. Printed in ABS, 100% infill. Put a rubber ring under the screw!
I made this mockup to test if this all will fit in my Traction Avant 11BN, and used this to check the way the hoses run from the brake fluid reservoir to the master brake cylinder.
After testing the fit of this printed part, I ordered the correct steel parts for the final install.

I will use 90 degrees couplers at the side of the brake cylinder (towards the lower parts in the above picture) so the brake lines will get sort of flush against the steel plate inner fender, where the present single brake line is now. positioned.
Since this is going to be an update for the TA from single master brake cylinder to dual, I will , next to all of the new connections, need an extra brake line to the rear. I bought all the extra materials for this, and will mount the brake line to the rear wheel under the car, with the same flex hose at the rear axle as the existing one.
The brakes will be joining left front with right rear together in 1 brake circuit and the others will be joint in the second brake circuit, so it will be a diagonally connected separated method of braking.
I will have to decide on placing inline brake pressure regulater valves to the rear drum brakes, if I get bloking rear brakes when applying real braking force.
